SCI are a group of artists that originated in Liverpool UK. They formed in 2010 after branching off from the longer established Soup Collective - SC, set up in 2001.
Unlike SC, who only consist of artists who have a connection with Tate Liverpool, the aim of the new group was to connect with other artists outside to form new collaborative partnerships - to include other artists.

The aims of the group are to create International links and establish a network to provide opportunities for the artists and the public.
